A hallmark of the design is the inclusion of large, strategically placed windows which maximize natural light and passive solar gain while maintaining excellent thermal performance. This along with statement stone steps and feature landscaping make this a perfect example of how Cranatt are able to mix both traditional and modern building techniques.This is a home that offers both architectural grandeur while meeting modern sustainability goals.

We have recently completed this stunning house designed by Houston Morris Architects. This house has been built as three seperate buildings connected by glass links.

A large basement includes a cinema, wine tasting and display room, and a private nightclub for parties. This showcases Cranatts ability to mix both traditional and contemporary skills.

A large hot tub, pool house and all landscaping was also delivered by the Cranatt team
